PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Trinity College of Architecture (TCOA), established in 2015 is a part of the KJ’s Educational Institute. The vast and scenic 110 acre campus is nestled in the foothills of the majestic Sahyadri mountain range.
TCOA is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and has the necessary approval from the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
Architecture is a creative and professional course. The structure is different from other courses, where the focus is on lectures and learning by rote. Here, subjects like design cannot be taught or indoctrinated. It is more of a collective journey, where one learns through the medium of a mentor/ tutor / facilitator. It is experiential learning by doing or making, rather than direct teaching. The onus is on the learner to imbibe the process of design in a collaborative manner. The end product however, will be different for each student.
