Prof. Nilesh Pore
Principal
After Graduating from BKPS College of Architecture in 2003, Prof. Nilesh Pore stood 32nd in the GATE Examination and pursued Master’s Degree in Town & Country Planning in 2005 from College of Engineering Pune. He has an industrial experience in architectural and interior field in Mumbai and Pune and has set up his architectural practice in Pune. He has been into academics and practice for past 19 years. He has worked as visiting faculty in various architecture colleges and has been Principal In-charge at Minerva College of Architecture in 2010. He has worked as Associate Professor at Aayojan School of Architecture and D Y Patil School of Architecture before joining as Principal at Trinity College of Architecture. He has successfully conducted Research in Architecture Conferences as a convenor at D Y Patil School of Architecture twice. He has also contributed in Council of Architecture’s First Conference held at VIT Vellore in 2023, as a core committee member. He has presented and published research papers in reputed journals. He has keen interest in art, music, drawing, sketching and is part of Urban Sketcher’s, Pune group. He likes to conduct workshops in art endeavors such as Ganesh Idol Making, mandala art etc.

Ar. Pallavi Patil
Associate Professor
Ar. Pallavi Patil is an accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience in the field. She holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from BNCA, Pune University (2012-14), and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from M.I.T. College, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, where she graduated with distinction and ranked third in her class (2003). Pallavi demonstrates exceptional technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop, Corel, and GIS, making her adept at creating detailed and innovative architectural designs. Her professional experience is complemented by a solid foundation in her work as a trainee at S. B. Thorat & Partners, Pune, with Ar. Girish Deshmukh in Ferro cement construction and Freelancing for renovation work. After graduation she has worked with various architect firms in Pune like Axis Paradigm Spaces, SB Thorat and in Jaipur with K.S Design Group. She has worked as an Assistant professor at SCOA, Pune and on CHB at SNDT Home Science College. With her extensive experience and technical skills, Pallavi continues to contribute significantly to the field of architecture and architectural education.
Ar. Namrata Patil has completed her graduation in the 2009 from Gogte Institute of Technology, VTU, Belgaum. She has worked with Renown architect Ar.Shirish Beri as a trainee. In the year of 2015, she completed her post-graduation in Construction Management from Allana college of Architecture. Her thesis project had been shortlisted for NIASA- Excellence Thesis award from the college. Ar.Namrata Patil has more than 8 Years of experience in academics. She has worked as an Assistant Professor at Allana college of Architecture also at DYPSOA, Lohegaon. With strong interest, she taught Theory of Structures (TOS) for almost 4.5 years. In her academic career, she has been contributed strongly into technical subjects. She has published research papers in reputed Journals. Along with educational, she has 3.4 Years of Professional experience. She continues her practice with free lancing Interior Projects. She has been an IQAC coordinator and successfully completed the NAAC -1 st Cycle.

Ar.Shahista Bano

I refer to architecture as "frozen music." Architect Shahista Bano was inspired to fall in love with architecture by this quotation from author Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. She had more than 11 years of experience spreading the love of architecture among the students along this journey. She graduated from Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University, New Delhi, with a bachelor's degree in architecture and a master's degree in recreational architecture. She possessed vast professional experience in a range of initiatives, including urban planning, landscape architecture, and housing. Her employment history at multiple universities in Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune gives her an added advantage and varied exposure. She also received the IIA, Pune chapter's 2023 Best Teacher Award. She had prior expertise managing Exhibition, ISO, and NAAC portfolios. She enjoys reading widely and learning about different knowledge systems. She believed, attaining excellence is more about developing excellent habits and doing it repeatedly as stated by Aristotle.
Ar. Chaitali N. Patil
Assistant Professor
Ar. Chaitali Patil is a graduate (2003) from A B College of Architecture, Sangli. She has done her post- graduation (2022) in Construction Management from Allana College of Architecture, Pune. After graduation she has worked with interior designer and structural firm as well worked on commercial and residential projects with VOZAC firm and STUP Consultants, Pvt, Ltd., Pune. She has done interior projects as a freelancer and been working as a contract designer with STUDIO888 firm. She has worked as a core faculty in D Y Patil College of Architecture. Her interests incline to painting, art and craft work. Her voluntary, self-motivation, pursuit of learning, hardwork will definitely enhance an individual’s professional and personal development.
Born and brought up in Pune. Practicing Architecture and Interior Design from last 25 yrs. Art enthusiast and passionate photographer. In Architectural Academics since 2005, teaching various skills to students to make them market ready.
Core subjects are building constructions and building services. He loves technical sketching.
Believes that " you should be a better human being first, then only you can be a better Architect. And better Architects build a better society."
Ar. Manish Shah

Ar. Pratik Jayant Ghodke brings a wealth of experience to Trinity College of Architecture. A graduate of Allana College of Architecture, Pune (B.Arch, 2018), he has honed his skills working with esteemed firms such as Architect Hafeez Contractor and Avinash Nawathe Architects. He is the Principal Architect of 'Akaar Architecture,' where he has been practicing independently for over 6.5 years.
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Project Management from Allana College of Architecture, Ar. Ghodke combines practical expertise with academic rigor. With 1.5 years of teaching experience, he joined Trinity College of Architecture in 2024. His commitment to architectural education and practice reflects his dedication to shaping the next generation of architects.
Ar. Pratik J. Ghodke

Er. Nathu D. Thombare holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering (2015) from SPPU, Pune, and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering (2017) from Solapur University. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Society of Structural Engineers (LM-2043). With 9 years of experience in academics, professional practice, and research, he has served as a Paper Setter, Examiner, Moderator, and Chairman for subjects like Theory of Structures under SPPU and MSBTE.
His expertise includes Structural Design (RCC), Analysis, and Concrete Technology. He has published 4 research papers in national and international journals. Proficient in software such as Akses RCDB-2020, ETABS, and STAAD, he specializes in the design of multi-story buildings, water tanks, and shear walls and conducts Total Station Surveys.
Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Trinity College of Architecture, Pune.

Ar. Farhana Kapadia is an accomplished architect with a specialization in project management; she has over 16+ years of diverse experience in the field of architecture/ She has worked on various high-rise residential and commercial projects, including 9+ years in UAE. Her expertise encompasses both design and execution, making her a experienced professional in industry. In addition to her architectural practice, she has also contributed to work as a statistic specialist and field researcher with leading market research firms, focusing on architectural projects.
She has completed her B. arch degree from M.I.T. College, Aurangabad. She further pursued her postgraduate studies in Construction Management at Allana College of architecture, Pune, graduating with Gold medal in 2022. Her M.Arch thesis project was recognized as the Best Thesis Project.
She has also been involved in academia, serving as core faculty member for past three years. Her teaching experience reflects her passion for nurturing future architects by sharing her knowledge and practical insights.
Ar. Sonali Dudgikar

Ar. Sonali P. Dudgikar is a highly accomplished architect with over 18 years of experience, specializing in landscape and construction management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (2002) from D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Kolhapur and a Master of Architecture Degree in Landscape (2007- 2009) and Construction Management (2022- 2024) and is an associate member of the Indian Society of Landscape Architects. Additionally, she is registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) and the Indian Institute of Architects. Ms. Dudgikar’s expertise lies in Horticulture, sustainable and environmentally-friendly design, encompassing urban and landscape planning, architectural design, and the integration of green practices.
Her professional portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from residential townships and commercial spaces to biodiversity parks. As Principal Architect at S.D.A. Landscape Architects, she has successfully led design teams and collaborated with prestigious organizations such as D.B. Realty and Abhaas Landscapes.In academia, Ms. Dudgikar has made significant contributions as an Assistant Professor at L.S. Raheja College of Architecture, Mumbai, and other institutions. She has inspired students through her teaching in landscape design, urban planning, and architectural graphics. A multifaceted professional, she has authored research papers on construction waste management and actively participates in international seminars. Her creative interests, including sketching, photography, and crafting, reflect her artistic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.

Sonam Vaidya, a dedicated Principal Architect at Vaidya Construction, Bhilai, brings over 10 years of combined academic and industrial experience. She holds a Master of Planning in Urban Planning from Arvindbhai Patel Institute of Environmental Design, with a stellar academic record of 86.5%. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Dignity College of Architecture.
Sonam has contributed significantly to the fields of architecture and urban planning, participating in multiple national and international conferences and workshops on smart cities, sustainable planning, and energy conservation. She has also served as an Assistant Professor, focusing on urban planning, and has guided postgraduate students on various projects addressing urban development challenges, sustainable waste management, and tourism development.
With excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and GIS tools, Sonam has played pivotal roles in organizing academic workshops and framing curricula. She is an associate member of the Institute of Town Planners, India, and holds COA and IIA registrations. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, Sonam Vaidya aims to contribute to sustainable urban development and architectural excellence. Her multilingual skills and leadership qualities further enhance her professional impact.
Ar. Prachi Bahalkar

I am Ar. Prachi Bahalkar, an architect and industrial designer driven by creativity, academic excellence, and sustainability. My journey includes a Bachelor’s in Architecture from PRCA, Loni, and a Master’s in Industrial Design from PIADS, Nagpur. With three years of professional experience, I specialize in contextual architecture, product design and ergonomics, crafting spaces and solutions that harmonize functionality and aesthetics.
My ongoing research on Relaxation Exercise Equipment is a unique blend of industrial design, ergonomics, and yogic principles. This project focuses on enhancing energy balance and well-being, particularly for workstation users, showcasing my commitment to human-centered innovation.
As an Assistant Professor at Trinity College of Architecture, Pune, I inspire students by fostering innovative and sustainable approaches to design while emphasizing soft skills and AI-driven design tools. Through my ventures, Pradhee and Maayin Yogi, I promote holistic living by advocating for Vastu-compliant designs and Yoga. A gold medalist in international yoga championships and a certified yoga trainer, I integrate wellness, traditional wisdom, and advanced technologies into my designs.
Ar. Pooja V. Mankar

Ar. Puja Vishwasrao Mankar is an Assistant Professor at Trinity College of Architecture, Pune, with 6 years of professional experience and 1 year of teaching experience. She holds an M.Arch in Landscape Architecture from Smt. Kashibai Nawale COA, Pune, graduating with First Class Distinction in 2022, and a B.Arch from the School of Architecture, COET, Akola.
Ar. Mankar has worked with firms like Amit Bhosale and Associates, Hasmit Suradkar Architects, and GEM Associates, alongside managing her independent practice since 2016. Her projects span residential, commercial, and landscape design, showcasing her proficiency in design, documentation, and site coordination.
At Trinity College, she actively contributes as a class coordinator, NATA Centre coordinator, and committee member for NAAC, exhibitions, and study tours. She teaches subjects like Basic Design and Building Construction while promoting environmental awareness through initiatives like tree plantation drives.
Her technical skills include AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray, enabling her to blend practical insights with academic guidance.

Prof. Arun Atre
Arun G. Atre is a mechanical engineer (B.E., COEP, 1976) with over 45 years of experience in project management, HVAC systems, and industrial ventilation. He has held leadership roles at Cummins India Ltd. and G.S. Engineers & Consultants and is a certified Energy Auditor since 1993.
A dedicated educator, Mr. Atre has taught at institutions like BNCA and PVPCOA, mentoring over 17,500 students through site visits and earning recognition from the SPPU Vice-Chancellor. He has also served as a jury member for industry awards and presented research on energy-efficient projects.
With expertise in sustainable design and execution, Mr. Atre combines technical excellence with a passion for training future professionals.
Ar.Pooja Kulkarni
Ar. Pooja Mayuresh Gokhale is a Landscape Architect with over 4 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Smt. Kashibai Navale COA, Pune, graduating with First Class Distinction in 2023. She specializes in designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces, with expertise in urban planning, landscape design, and interiors.
Her professional journey includes roles as Project Architect at Architectural Design Studio and experience in urban and interior projects with Meraaki Designs, Pune. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management, she excels in design development, FSI calculations, and PMC/UDCPR documentation.
Ar. Gokhale is now pursuing a career in academics, aiming to mentor aspiring architects in subjects like Basic Design, History of Architecture, and Landscape Design while fostering innovation and practical skills in architecture.
Ar. Prashant Joshi
Ar. Prashant Joshi is a well experience professional with academic experience of 16 years, working as visiting faculty in different architectural colleges with subjects like ABCS, QSSW, TOS, WD, BTM, etc. He has pursued his bachelor’s degree from VIT’s PVP college of Architecture, Pune in 2003 and Master’s degree from Hochschule Angalt, Bauhaus foundation, Dessau, Germany in 2007.
He is well conversant with AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Sketchup, Vray, Rhino and Navisworks. Basic and advanced Building construction, Theory of Structures, developing expertise in Building Services are some of his fields of interest. He is known for his result oriented personality.
Ar. Bharat Mulay
Prof. Bharat N. Mulay is a seasoned architect-planner and academician with over 39 years of experience. He holds a Master’s in City Planning from IIT Kharagpur and has served as Principal at reputed institutions like Shree Siddeshwar COA, Solapur, and VP’s Indapur COA.
As Head of Architecture at PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga, he contributed to curriculum development and departmental growth. A consulting architect, he has led notable projects, including LEED-certified green buildings. Prof. Mulay is recognized for his leadership in architectural education and impactful professional work.
